Pat & Kim | Bisham Abbey Wedding
Pat, Kim & I first met when I was exhibiting at the Bisham Abbey wedding fair in October 2014, we soon after arranged to meet and discuss how to beautify their wedding day.
This lovely couple live in Marlow, and wanted to get married in Marlow, at the majestic Bisham Abbey on Easter weekend 2015. Thankfully they chose me to decorate their fabulous wedding!
The theme was very Spring led, with seasonal flowers in ivory, lilac and purple with classic all Rose bridal & matching bridesmaid’s bouquets. Kim & Pat very much left the flowers choices down to me, and so I decided to use Iris, Muscari, Green Bell, ‘Dancing Clouds’ Roses, ‘Avalanche’ Roses, Freesia & Tulips.
Pat & Kim made use of all the facilities at Bisham Abbey & held their ceremony in the Warwick Room, drinks reception in the Margaret Dickinson Room, and their wedding breakfast in the Great Hall.
Lots of jam jars filled with blooms were scattered around the venue, along with tea-lights and bunches ivory balloons, the wedding breakfast room was filled with flower laden silver candelabras to create a romantic atmosphere.
The fantastic images below were shot by Susie Castle of Rosey Pink Photography.
“We just wanted to thank you most sincerely for the Flowers and Boquets, the Candelabras, Button holes and corsages.
Everything you did on the day made the day so special for us, and everyone there complimented us on the magnificent Floral arrangements. They were truly astonishing.
We were so lucky to find you, and hope we can pay you back a little by recommending your wonderful skills to our Friends.
With our warmest wishes and Thanks.”
