Last weekend I had the pleasure of decorating a fabulous tipi wedding in Berkshire, Old Wokingham to be precise.
Lauren & James tied the knot at St Peters Church in Burnham village, where the lovely church volunteers filled the chapel with flowers, of which I added large full bunches of Gypsophila to the pew ends.
The tipi wedding reception was held at Park View Farm in Old Wokingham. The setting was absolutely beautiful with a serene lake with a fountain and an outside bar area covered in Wysteria.
The flowers Lauren & James chose were all white, seasonal blooms with a rustic style. The long rectangular guest tables were lined with white washed crates filled to the brim with Hydrangea, Roses, Gypsophila, Olive, locally grown Hawthorn and Cow’s Parsley. The top table featured a long wild garland with lot & lots of free flowing foliage. We even hung foliage from the balloons!
Lauren’s bridal bouquet was large & over flowing with wild flowers, it was tied using fabric from Lauren’s mother’s wedding dress, which we thought was a lovely sentimental touch.
Thank you Lauren & James for choosing us to provide your wedding flowers! x
